The Economy Bryant comes in two gullet widths: as FQ with full quarter horse bars for the typical quarter horse back, and as XFQ with extra full bars for broadly built horses. Both are 1,690 euro.
Why gullet width matters so much here
The same saddle being offered in two widths is not incidental – it is the point. A saddle does not fit "roughly". On a broadly built quarter horse or paint, an FQ tree sits too tight and presses on the muscle behind the withers. On a narrower horse, an XFQ tree drops too low at the front.
