Felt made of pure sheep wool ensures a very good air circulation and best breathability.
The Western Pad is absolutely skin-friendly and also ideally suited for sensitive western horses.
Best wearing comfort is guaranteed with this Western Pad and it prevents back problems.
The western pad has a close contact cut in butterfly shape and thus ensures good leg contact.

The felt is made of pure sheep's wool by probably the most traditional production.
This felt pad can be watered and cleaned and then returned to its original position.
Leather trim in the area of ??the fender protects the felt pad from abrasion.

Washing instructions felt:
Especially the warm season is ideal for "watering" the wool felt pad. Take a large tub and fill it with lukewarm or cold water. Add a dash of dishwashing detergent.
Now swing the pad a few times through the water and knead it especially in hardened areas. If heavily soiled, simply repeat this process several times. The sweat and dirt often cause the fibers to stick together and re-open when the sweat and dirt are rinsed out. Afterwards knock out the pad and hang over a trestle or fence to dry.
It is NOT a problem to use the pad for riding while its wet. In some hot countries, horses are generally saddled with wet to wet pad to take advantage of the resulting evaporative cooling for the horse.
